Anchor Beaded Sweater is one of two designs in this book that may be done on either the DM-80 or the E-6000. Shoulder epaulettes give this one a rather nautical look. This has been one of my all time favorite sweaters to wear, and always gets compliments.
Brass Tacks is quite military looking, with it's gold beads on a crisp navy background. Another fun sweater to wear, and again, always gets compliments.
Beads & Braids features cables on the sweater front and sleeves, with beads in the cables as well as in the scalloped neckband. Could also be done on DM-80 by following a chart, since width of design is more than 40 stitches.
Beaded Argyle Sweater is easy to knit on either machine, and uses a technique known by many names. Ladder jacquard, is the one I've heard most recently, but I still refer to it as my one and a quarter bed technique, because I use one out of every 4 needles on the back bed to control floats.
Yes, all the "dots" on my Dotted Swiss Beaded Intarsia Sweater are really beads……. But it was actually quite easy to knit. I utilized the automatic intarsia capability on the E-6000, so my actual knitting time was much less than you would expect.
Traveling Beads combines beads with traveling stitches, forming eyelets to follow the shape of the V-neckline.
