The plan is to keep you notified of changes, events, rehearsal, fittings, and other happenings through this website as well as emails.   I will do my best to maintain the calendar.  Online Calendar

There should also be a calendar posted at the studio.
Emailing is always an option.  If I don't know the answer I will try and find someone who does.

Canby Dress Rehearsal Schedule Posted

At this time I would like to thank all dancers, parents, and all others connected with The Nutcracker.  It has been a rough year for many crazy happenings out of my control.  You all have been great and much appreciated.  I know there are times you think I am not being grateful and considerate of all your efforts, please forgive me; pulling together a cast of 80 and all the behind scene people my mind is in many directions.  Again, many thanks to you all, especially to the coordinators of each department who put in hours without much recognition.  Also, don’t I know what I would have done without Leah, Sarah, Norma, Clairen, Britney, Tobi, and the two Melissa’s, stepping in and running the studio and rehearsals while I was in the hospital and recuperating.  It takes outstanding people like this to make a great show, and this I am sure we will have.

To Parents that have children that are just Mice and or Little Snow.(Not in the Second Act).  You will need to pick up your child or children during intermission. and ONLY DURING INTERMISSION This is mandatory. Nobody will be allowed backstage before this.

 

You will then need to bring your child back 1 hr before the next performance.

 

Also again Parents you are to drop off your child in the mouse room at the theater and you will not be allowed to stay unless you are signed up to work. There will be no exceptions. We do not have a lot of space back stage and it can get very crowded. If you have questions please ask us before the performance if possible.  We will be very busy that day and may not have time to answer questions.

I would love to update the photo links  If you have any photos you would like to freely offer please send them to my email. Any explanations going with the pictures such as who, where, and when would be appreciated. We are going into our 11th year now and there are many memories that should be deservedly shared.  The pictures that have been originally posted date back to 2004 and years previous.
