4:00-5:00 – ALL Company Members that are available arrive and help move in

5:00 – All other dancers arrive except Bon Bons, Ladies, Pages, Nutcrakcer, Drosselmeyer

5:45 – Ladies, Pages, Nutcracker, and Drosselmeyer arrive

5:00-5:30 – Warm-up class

5:30-5:45 – Run all Angels (on stage for blocking in practice clothes)

5:45-6:00 – Run all Flowers (on stage for blocking in practice clothes)

6:00-6:15 – Into costumes (no make-up, hair done)

6:00-6:15 – Melissa & Ethan run Pas for spacing

6:15-7:00 – ALL ACT II in costume

7:00-7:15 – Out of costumes into practice clothes

7:15-8:00 – Run ALL ACT II in practice clothes

8:00-8:30 – Run dances that are needed

9:00 – Out of theater

CANBY AUDITORIUM – DRESS REHEARSAL (ACT I)

4:45 – ALL dancers arrive (except Little Snow, Mice, Nutcracker, Drosselmeyer, and Party Parents)

5:00-5:30 – Warm-up class

5:15- Little Snow arrives

5:45 – Mice arrive

6:00 – Party Parents, Nutcracker, Drosselmeyer arrive

5:30-6:00 – ACT I Scene Snow on stage for blocking in practice clothes

6:00-6:15 – Run ACT I Scene Battle on stage for blocking in practice clothes

6:15-6:30 – Into costumes

6:15-6:30 – Melissa & Ethan run Pas

6:30-7:30 – ALL ACTI I Scenes 1, 2, & 3 (Party, Battle, Snow, and Bows)

7:30-7:45 – Out of costumes

7:45-8:30 – Run ALL ACT I Scenes 1, 2, & 3 (Party, Battle, Snow) if needed or parts that are needed

8:30-8:45 – Snow Queen & King if needed

9:15 – Out of theater

5:00-6:00 – Keep open for little ones if any dances need help (Bon Bons, Ladies & Pages)

6:00-6:30 – If needed Big & Little Snow

6:00-7:00 – Big Snow

7:00-7:30 – Big Flowers 

Above schedule on 12/13 only if needed; ask Jacquie, Nina, Liz Wilson, Nadya Shinen, or Sue Ingram if a rehearsal is scheduled for your dancer or part before leaving auditorium.
