The family farm consists of the many flowers and trees that adorn our five acres as well as the people and animals whom abide within its richness.
Dependant upon our care are:

1. Three pygmy goats
   • Oreo
   • Maggie
   • Maple

I feel it necessary to clarify to my readers at this time, that even though our animals are all named after my favorite food groups, we never eat anything we have personally attached a name to. That is inappropriate farm ettiquette

1. Two dogs named Libby and Pepper
2. Several chickens, most of whom lay an egg every now and then.
3. A few nameless fish in a tank
4. Four kitties named Elliot, Agora, Milo, and Lucky Moon. They each have their own stories.
5. A whole bunch of honey bees that are definitely too numerous to name.

In addition to the care of our family critters we find time to pursue interests that nestle close to our hearts.

Since the candle products pay the bills the Portland Saturday Market takes precedence at the top of our list. It is one of the largest open air markets in the nation as well as an interesting place to spend some quality weekend time.

Since marketing is one of the best forms for distributing currency, here is another site that is fun for a casual pastime. Some folks may worry about Uncle Sam tracking us, but it is just as much fun to track Uncle Sam. And speaking of icons...life could never be treasured without joining in the delights of the young. Who would have thought that stuffy, clumsy, colorful characters like The Teletubbies could be capable of putting the complicated into a proper perspective. Even a simple "Uh Oh" brings a giggle to the heart and a twinkle to the eye.

If the Teletubbies were not successful in bringing about a bit of folly to a dragging day, then get up and dance with the best of them... cows... that is. very frisky cavorting cows. If your day is dragging give this a try...a giggle and a wiggle is the perfect cure to a mediocre moment

And I want to take this opportunity to make it perfectly clear that fish are not the only ones who are capable of moving to the choreographer's wonders. You too can plie and pirouette with the best of them after only several years of practice (5 or 6 at least).
